More Backup, Less Spam and Even Better Support |

Today BullGuard releases its Internet Security 8.0, the latest version of
BullGuard's flagship product. New features include a 5 gigabyte Online
Backup Drive, improved Firewall and Spamfilter engines and remote access
for BullGuard Support. One license protects up to 3 PCs.

BullGuard Internet Security 8.0 provides all the protection you need with
its Antivirus, Antispyware, Firewall and Spamfilter components while
adding extra value with its revolutionary Backup and Support technologies.
Backup
Users of BullGuard Internet Security 8.0 get a personal 5 Gb Online Backup
Drive with their subscription. Backups to local media are also supported
as are email backups for Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail and
Thunderbird email clients. "In 8.0, we've included Silent Backup as a
feature. This will work when users are not actively using their computer,
facilitating a smooth, uninterrupted user-experience", says Theis
Søndergaard, CTO and co-founder of BullGuard. Another new addition in
BullGuard's Backup component is the Explorer integration of the online
drive, which makes moving files from and to the online drive a simple drag
and drop.
Support
Being the first security vendor to make its Support directly accessible
through the application, BullGuard now adds another revolutionary feature
to its Support structure: remote access. "With remote access, users can
grant our supporters temporary access to their computers. This will enable
our Support team to handle questions even more efficiently", says
Søndergaard. "BullGuard users remain in complete control however. It is up
to them to initiate remote access and they can terminate it whenever they

BullGuard Internet Security 8.0 is available immediately from
http://www.bullguard.com. The recommended retail price is EUR69,95 MSRP
for a one-year subscription. Existing subscribers can upgrade for free.
